This Sunday is St. Patrick’s Day and I’ve been looking for some new recipes. I just found these two and they look delicious!
This recipe has similar ingredients to Shepherd’s Pie, but it is so much prettier to serve. It will make a great Sunday dinner because you can make it a day ahead (it’s only going to get better as the flavors meld) and it can be reheated after church. Serve with a loaf of Guinness Bread (recipe below).
